TASTES OF LINCOLNSHIRE (4 DAYS)

This three night short break incorporates some of the finest local food producers and eateries in Lincolnshire, along with demonstrations and a complete food experience.  Enjoy home grown fruit and vegetables and locally reared meat from Doddington Hall and Uncle Henry’s Farm Shop; and cakes, breads and pies traditionally baked since the 1890’s at Welbourne’s Bakery.  Watch the miller milling the flour at Mount Pleasant Windmill and the chocolates being handcrafted at Hansen’s Chocolate House.  So much to do and safe in the knowledge that your food has not accumulated too many food miles along the way!

We stay at The Holiday Inn, Lincoln located in the centre of this contemporary city, on the Brayford Marina, near shopping, entertainment and major routes.  You’ll be met with outstanding service, amenities and a spacious air-conditioned guest room with a view of either the waterfront or Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle.
